I had a great shopping experience here recently! Tayton was a huge help. I came in to see if there were any Hailey Bieber jeans left, and even though they sold very quickly, he showed me every option that was left, and gave helpful information about sizing since they run a little big. When those jeans didn't work for me, he brought in several other options in very similar styles, and even a men's pair because Hailey Bieber is often seen in men's Gap jeans tailored specifically to her. Gap has stepped it up. Love their new jeans and their 60% off sale! Returns were a breeze with the staff at this location.
I recently visited a GAP store to return an unused item that was still in its original condition, complete with tags and the store bag. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the manager, who spoke to me in a demeaning tone and implied I had worn the item. This type of behavior is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to customers.
