The staff was friendly and Chapa took his time to hear what I had to say with no rush.
The doctor's are great but the front off people do not return calls and will hang up on you. I been trying to get lab results for 7 1/2 hours. Keep giving me excuses so needed up having to drive over there. They were giving me attitude and excuse for not returning my calls or messages. Instead of telling me what's wrong just told me there giving me more meds and I need to make another appointment to get the results. The Dr need a new front office crew especially the office manager.
