I had a cancerous spot taken out. It was early in the morning and I can't eat that early. I tend to get sick. Went to see dr Ganzer and he started putting shots of novacain in my arm and I got super shaky. He asked me if I ate and I said no. He screamed at me and told the nurses to feed me and he made me cry the way he screamed at me. I was already emotional knowing I had to get cancer out of my arm. I have systemic lupus and therefor have many skin and hair issues. It's to the point where I just shave my head because every time I have a flare up my hair falls out and my skin gets patches that look like cork board and I scratch myself bloody in my sleep. I usually see PA Scott who is absolutely wonderful. He is kind and very caring and gentle as are all the nurses. DR Ganzer has had to do multiple excisions on me due to lupus related skin cancers and the only complaint I have is the excision on my leg was done horizontal... read more

I had been seeing Dr.Ganzer for close to a year. I had skin Cancer removed and more to follow up with. I have Trinity Health insurance which they have billed and collected more than 75% of the total bill. Had an appointment scheduled today and was told on voice mail I had a balance of $400 that has to be paid plus $40 Co pay in order to be seen.
