Stay far away from this office. The level of unprofessionalism is truly unacceptable. Mike, who identified himself as the “office manager,” was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in professionalism. My mother scheduled an appointment weeks ago and was approved to be seen. Now, at the last minute, they’ve cancelled her appointment and informed her she can no longer be seen with no reasonable explanation. I drive an 1 hour & 15 minutes to see Julie Bateman She is one of the best medical professionals I've ever had the pleasure to meet, She is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough and proactive in your care. She takes the time to explain your condition and explains all of your medications in detail. This doctors office used to be the best when Doctor Cavallaro was in charge. I have been a patient here for over 14 years. Since it became ganttown family practice, it has become terrible. Staff has become rude and talks down to patients. The staff also puts patients on hold for an excess amount of time and hangs up in mid conversation. I dont know what has happened to this practice, but i will not be returning as a patient.

Front desk people are kind and courteous and always answer the phone when you call. APN Julie Bateman is one of the nicest professionals I've ever met. Julie is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain, in great detail, everything about heart and vascular issues. Takes the time to explain every medication prescribed and what exactly they are for. Best in the business!
