Just had 45-day Care Conference with department managers after moving Mom in. Transition has gone well! She enjoys Bingo, music and other activities there, as well as the food and other residents. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming place! All staff we’ve interacted with have been very friendly, helpful and supportive. Feels like family around us there!
Mom has been here about 6 weeks. Says she wishes she agreed to this move long ago. Every aspect has been great! All of the staff, the facility and grounds, activities, fellowship, and food have met or exceeded her and our hopes and expectations. Thanks to all of you for a great next phase to our mom's life!
What a wonderful feeling to know your parent is in such caring hands. All the staff I encounter when in the facility makes eye contact and greet me. The culture is truly one of respect for the dignity and needs of the individual. The facility is cheerful, clean and home-like. Meals are appetizing and selection is plentiful. My mother has lived here for more than two years. She loves her apartment, and all the employees are very gracious and kind. Lots of activities to stay busy and outings to enjoy. I would recommend Lakeview to anyone who is looking for assisted living.
The staff are exceptional and cater to the residents to ensure that every aspect of their care and experience is safe and comfortable, warm and welcoming, kind and engaging! This is the best place around!!
