I'm not sure how these folks have convinced people to use their service. I need to update a trip, have tried their online chat - didn't get a response for two hours, sent multiple emails over the past week and a half, and spent several hours on hold on two different support numbers. This place does not do support well at all.
Updating my review to 3 stars because I had a fantastic review with the account management team! I was also able to get refunds for some of the flight issues below and hope the communication continues to become more streamlined. I look forward to seeing what improvements and updates the system came make and hope that I can make this 5 stars. Gant is always on point. When I need to change a reservation, they are on top of it day or night. Always helpful and friendly!
