This lady failed me! Its my fault I should have checked for reviews. Needless to say I paid a premium price for commercial liability. My policy was supposed to be one of the best out there per Diane. I had 1 accident at a 3 story aTpartment building. The fire department busted out drywall in 6 units to make shure fire had not reached up wall. Some holes were as small as 12". My insurance company does not cover any hazardous material, asbestos. And they have broken out each apartment into a separate claim so now I have to pay... read more
