Not a resident here, but I have made numerous calls to inquire about the park, vacancies etc. I have left messages with the corporate office, and given promises that I would receive a response. After leaving at least three messages with their corporate office over about a year, I am still waiting for that return call. Not a good look for a potential customer Gansett. Not at all.
If I could post with no stars I would post with no stars. I would recommend anyone interested in moving into this location to speak with the tenants that live here than ones that are willing to talk to you to discuss what it's like living here. This place is going downhill it used to be privately owned and now it's owned by a public business and there's no communication between management and the people who rent here.
