The Ganser Company's customer service is unsurpassed. We were very satisfied with our window and siding replacement on our home back in 2015. In the subsequent years they have been quick to respond to maintenance questions and minor repair requests that we have had. We highly recommend them for home improvement and follow-up work.
Ganser replied to my one-star review wanting me to contact them directly, as I'm not in their customer database. This is to be expected, as I was completely unable to CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY to even become a customer in the first place :) Isn't it interesting that companies can respond to a negative review immediately but don't want to talk to you when you're a prospective customer?
Marc at Ganser Company is the person you want to work with. He coordinated a project at my 1920’s home about 10 years for a roof and flat roofs, the entire experience was great. When I recently had an issue come up that I thought was related to the roof, he came out in person and gave me an honest assessment and recommendation of how I can resolve it. Madison Wisconsin was recently pounded by a hailstorm and my home was part of that event. A trusted friend suggested Ganser as an honest company to come evaluate the result of any storm damage. Within a few days of my requesting their service, Marc was out to my home and did a comprehensive evaluation.
