Very poor communication, never did I receive one call back after several phone calls and an email in the course of a 24 hour period. Don't tell people it's best to make a down payment to hold a camper if you are never going to call them back to have them do so like you did to us. I called yesterday during business hours and spoke with Dean to make the down payment. He told me I would need to wait to speak with Kari, but I was never called back. Kari was amazing to deal with. Their prices are unbeatable and they treat you great! This is our 4th rig and they by far were easier and better to deal with than the other 3 dealerships we’ve dealt with. Drove 3 hours and am glad we did!
