The owner, Hoss Azimi, is a decent and honest senior gentleman. I rented his apartment in Kensington for a year during 2017-2018 and had a very pleasant experience. The apartment is spacious and bright but inexpensive. He frequently sent workers to the building for maintenance, so everything there worked perfectly. I found a new job in New York, so I had to move away. When I left, I didn't have time to shampoo the carpet and paint the wall (minor problems caused by me).
