Dr. Gans doesn’t listen your needs. He keeps typing notes in the computer, never really explains you the conclusions or alternatives. Bad experience.
As of 2025 the disruptive clinical care with Dr. William Gans who needs to redo his doctor residency - has absurd behavior with his employee Penny. With respect I have asked for proper termination if Im no longer accepted. Instead - the respect for me and my other physicians was overlooked - he continued to keep scheduling me and finding false information to hold me accountable for.
