Unfortunately , never met the Doctor. The office staff was very rude and inconsiderate with my 18 yr old who had to go alone for a breast surgery consult due to Covid 19 restrictions . The appt was scheduled for 2PM . When my daughter arrived at 2 PM the staff rudely stated that she was to be there at 1PM and wandered off in the back . He was to repair a niche liver from the doctor who removed the gallbladder and niched the liver. Sr Gannon was so much in a hurry that day he repaired the niche, but didn't remove the 3 clips blocking my bile duct install of the cystatic duck. Running a simple dye test before closing me us would have shown his mistake! This simple error has caused me to have numerous problems with my stomach and surgeries. I hope you have lived an easy life as I struggle to have health problems over the last 19 going on 20 years
Dr. Gannon was/is excellent! He is knowledgeable, attentive, willing to take the time to explain issues and surgical intervention. Dr. Gannon's surgical technique is excellent.. the scar from my mastectomy is straight, placed perfectly so it is mostly hidden. He did such a wonderful job with the breast removal I was able to have the implant placed without a spacer and my nipple was saved.
Listened to all of my needs/choices! Wonderful bedside manner! Very Attentive! Excellent surgical technique! Minimal scarring!
Saved my life as that could be 10 stars. Having a cancer diagnosis is scary,unsettling and overwhelming. Fortunate to be guided to Dr. Mark Gannon for consultation and surgery. He is skilled,professional, takes his time to speak with you,and reinforces calm in my recovery. My gratitude cannot be put into words at this time.
Dr Gannon is a wonderful surgeon. I would highly recommend him. He is skilled and also compassionate.
