INCREDIBLY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We used Gannon for two showers during our recent remodel. Gannon was a super nice guy but when we tried to schedule for another job the woman that answers the phone was rude and condescending, so much so that we would not use Gannon again for any other project. Plus, this guy majorly hit the side of our rock lined driveway, damaging our property. Too bad, we liked this guy but the customer service woman ruined it for us.
Nice people. I have found a very positive experience with this company. Very knowledgeable with your best interest at heart.
