I had a disappointing experience at Ken Ganley VW on Lorain Road in North Olmstead. I went in for a regular oil change at 20K miles and requested the replacement of both the front and rear wipers, which my protection plan covers. The service advisor confirmed the replacement and ran the paperwork. However, after waiting for 2 hours (for what was supposed to be a 1-hour express service), I received my keys and paperwork, only to find that the wiper replacement was not included in the invoice. Worst VW dealer I have ever been to. Surly staff and the constant sense that they are trying to bilk you for more money. They could learn a lot by mystery shopping their own dealership then doing the same at Ganley Honda where they are friend, fast, efficient and helpful.

We’ve been getting all of our service here the last 5 years with some minor issues, but recently came for oil change and tire rotation, and immediately after noticed a new and concerning grinding noise coming from one of the tires. I tried bringing it back the next day so they could correct, but since it didn’t make the noise in one quick drive around the block, the rude and dismissive service liaison told me that it was basically all in my head.
