Shame on me for giving Ken Ganley Service centers a second chance to service one of my vehicls. My first bad experience: *Chevy Suburban new used vehicle private purchase, I asked for them to simply look at the vehicle and let me know of any potential issues. I paid the $159 fee. When I went to pick it up my bill was more then $400? Instead of giving me a service required list, they started fixing things... oil change, tire rotation and other work, I didn't ask for that? Recently discovered that they were not rotating my tires during oil changes. Now I need new tires.
I have yet to be dissatisfied with their service department! Also there's free doughnuts.
I made an appointment to drop off my VW and asked if they provided loaner cars with service, I was told they did. Took my car in told the service advisor Kathryn that it might be an o2 sensor since I had gone through this before she dismissed this saying there was no way. Okay then I asked if I could have a loaner car while mine was being looked at, NOPE we have none we book those months in advance I'm told.
