If zero stars were an option they would have been given. I just experienced the worse service ever as a paying customer. I was told two days in a row to drop my car off for an oil change. This morning I walk in to do so and the service manager or some bald headed guy is yelling at Pete the staff and everyone in the lobby could here his conversation. (I dont even know these people). it was good
It was very busy when I brought my car in for a check engine light inspection but Paul did a great job explaining the situation and apologized for the wait times. It took about an hour to get my car looked at but once it was the car was ready in very little time.
Stopped in for a screw to the ceiling console of my 2018 silverado. They didnt even charge me and were quick to locate said screw. Definitely coming back here for parts in the future!
It is about as good as any dealer but no one else sells new cars. Not the worst and I have not yet found anyone better.
