Very easy to work with. Had my car back to me in beautiful order in half the time they told me.
No one likes paying for repairs but at least here you’re working with good people that do the job right. Rose at the front desk is a very sweet lady who was on top of things getting me in. Jack and his team did a great job and got me in and out within a half hour which is wild. Hopefully I don’t have to come back but if I do I know ill be in good hands!
I contacted Ken Ganley Kia in Medina after my auto accident, and they recommended this collision center. Remarkably, it turned out to be the most tranquil part of the entire experience. Excellent repairs done to factory standards. I was able to open and close my tailgate, brake lights back to operational, and more parts were replaced. Tailgate was also resprayed with bed liner. Most of the work done was once their team evaluated repairs needed and I thank them for their diligence. They were also able to install an aftermarket bumper I ordered. The service advisor was able to throughly communicate with me every step of the way. Highly recommend this shop for your auto collision needs.
