Gregg had his car repaired at KG. Rose, Jack, and their team were simply amazing. They were polite and so helpful throughout the process. The car looks great and they finished right on time. they kept us updated every step of the way. I highly recommend them. We just need to get Rose a window that keeps the sun out of her eyes :)
Very easy to work with. Had my car back to me in beautiful order in half the time they told me.
No one likes paying for repairs but at least here you’re working with good people that do the job right. Rose at the front desk is a very sweet lady who was on top of things getting me in. Jack and his team did a great job and got me in and out within a half hour which is wild. Hopefully I don’t have to come back but if I do I know ill be in good hands!
I contacted Ken Ganley Kia in Medina after my auto accident, and they recommended this collision center. Remarkably, it turned out to be the most tranquil part of the entire experience.
