We have been ordering here for almost 8 years and we love the food. We order about 3x's a month spending anywhere from $25-50 each time and always tip a minimum of $5 and we are less than a half mile from the store. However, about 6-7 months ago almost every other order has been messed up in one way or another. The owner is the one who usually mans the phones and has always been super nice and apologetic and overall has excellent customer service which is why we keep coming back.
