We have had nothing but horrible communication with this company and the insurance liaison for them. We have been trying for months to get a policy In hand. They were late on renewing our insurance and then made excuse after excuse and ignore ignored Emails and Responded with, Oh it’s coming soon. Great professional friendly staff great help with my business and personal insurance needs
I stopped by unexpectedly to speak with an agent about insurance for my son and daughter-in-law. I was unaware they did not accept walk-ins, Fortunately for me the agent was expecting an appointment, client and had come to the door to see if had arrived. This said client had not arrived yet and the agent helped me until they did. She asked me to wait, which I did until she was finished with them. We finished with my situation.
