We have had nothing but horrible communication with this company and the insurance liaison for them. We have been trying for months to get a policy In hand. They were late on renewing our insurance and then made excuse after excuse and ignore ignored Emails and Responded with, Oh it’s coming soon. Now, Three months later, We still don’t have a full policy in hand and after having to email them every couple of days they send policies that aren’t even ours.
