My grandmother has been going to Dr. Ganesh for over a year. Her health has declined rapidly and all they want to do is run test with no results. He doesn't listen to his patients concerns and laughed at my grandmothers ideas on what may be wrong with her. She has yet to recieve answers on what is going on with her and why she is losing so much weight. If you are looking for a doctor who listens and cares for his patients, I would highly suggest looking somewhere else.
The unprofessional approach and lack of patient care is horrible. The staff is absolutely a nightmare. Beware
Dr Ganesh and his staff are incredible. Within one month of seeing him I got answers to health issues that seemed to be puzzling other doctors. They are always pleasant and willing to call me back with answers in between appointments. I have such a feeling of relief now knowing that I have a doctor that I can truly trust.
The office is poorly ran, the level of care is poor. Prescriptions are written and then never backed up by the office when time for a refill. They always want you to come in so they can charge another office visit even though they are not prepared with lab results or any other test results. They make you feel like you are just a complainer instead of actually coming you your pcp for an issue. Very sad.
Horrible doctor could never even get a phone call this clinic serves drugs addicts im diabetic in real need and 3 weeks i been waiting to get in to see him but no dnt waste your time if your looking for real help
Yes Myself and Husband have been Patients of Dr. Ganesh for some time now... When u walk in, it's like u were in grads school... Notes posted all over the place. As if... Some of the notes say. 'IF U ARE ON A CONTROLLED MED, U MUST BE SEEN EACH MONTH, AND ARE SUBJECT TO DRUG TEST" They tell u it is the LAW, well it's not... The billing department can not get things correct. Mess... Office staff seem to think u like hearing about there problems... Really.... Don't waste your time of money here.
Dr. Ganesh inspires trust in his expertise and competence. He explains things well when asked. However, his business office is run deplorably. He does not employ enough staff to keep up with filing, referrals, and paperwork. Crucial records have been lost after confirmation of their arrival TWICE. Those assisting the doctor in patient care (PA or nurse) are very good, very caring, very supportive, but those in office are rude.
