Great experience with Arsh, respectful and on time, definitely recommended ! One of the best trade experience.
Major issues. Changed the counterops in the kitchen and three bathrooms. Apparently was short the chosen counter for the one washroom and without informing us changed the stone and installed. When asked to change it, he said it would take two weeks to get a new stone. It's been over a month, refuses to answer repeated phone calls and wouldn't even come to the door when I visited the shop. I am frustrated and angry with this. I would have gladly chosen another stone but instead I'm left with a horrible counter. I now have to ... read more
