They truly take the time to listen to each patient’s needs and concerns, ensuring personalized and compassionate care.
I was very disappointed with my experience. I was informed that using my CareCredit card would result in an additional 20% charge. Not only was I expected to pay that extra amount, but I would also have had to finance that additional 20% through CareCredit, meaning I could potentially pay interest on the surcharge as well. I work at a local dental office that also accepts CareCredit, and we do not pass processing costs on to our patients. Because of this, the policy felt excessive and unfair.
