I'm not exactly complaining about my last visit for service but I wasn't really pleased either. My truck has 43,000 miles on it and with 75 computers in the truck I would think it could at least stay tuned to a radio station. I know these electrical issues are not cheap to fix but I was kinda taken back by the $427.55 bill for an hour and a half of letting the truck reboot the system.
The service team diagnosed our issue as a simple fix and didn't even charge us for the short amount of time they spent on it. Can't get any better than that!
