Recently went in for an air bag recall. The work took longer than expected, going into an extra day but I was fine as I understand sometimes things don't go according to schedule. The task was completed satisfactorily, however I wasn't pleased with the aftermath of a dirty cab from the work. No effort was made to clean grease marks on fabric, and dirty shoe stains on the floor mats. My vehicle is 8 years old but I'm picky about cleanliness and I was disappointed upon pickup. 2 times had appointments for 730 was told 2-3hr would call when done I told them I live 1.5hr away. I called at 2:00 they said didn"t get to it did people that waited in waiting room first & wouldn't get to it today unless i was in waiting room had to go wait got it done at 4:30 .2nd appointment made 2 weeks in advance 730 app. said needed .by 2; 00 for another appointment they said no problem called at 130 'they said would not get today I said i need done had to go wait in room got at 330, so if you want work done there you... read more

I thought everything was fine when I left after getting a full synthetic oil change and a couple of filters. I took a quick trip up north on Friday and didn't use the car again until Saturday. I was a few miles into a 15 mile trip on Hwy 43 when my car started smoking. At first I could not tell if it was actually coming from my car, but it became very apparent before long.
