Gandolfos is always a great spot for a quick lunch downtown, breakfast is underrated as well. Today I did the Mama Leone which didn’t disappoint. Best sandwich chain downtown.
For a place that calls itself a NY Deli, this was unfortunately a pretty bad imitation of a bacon egg and cheese on a roll. Totally flavorless with floppy bacon and unmelted cheese. Service was good and the restaurant was clean however.
The Kaiser rolls are fresh and soft and crispy. Best breakfast sandwich i have had in a while. The decor is all New York and the service is with a smile. 10 outta 10.
Great food,reasonable prices,sandwich size options available on everything.
