I saw Dr. Gandhi only once for an initial office consultation, and decided that he was not the right doctor for me. But, his office billed my insurance twice and got paid twice! Folks this is called a false billing practice, and it is illegal. I will notify the insurance company of this criminal act, and also notify the Veterans Health Administration. I had a good experience at Dr Gandhi’s Kettering and Dayton locations. Dr Gandhi initially saw me at the Kettering location, then Dr Elmore performed the procedure at the North Dayton location. The PA, nurses and front office staff were nice. Only criticism would be the North Dayton procedural front office is quite small and outdated. The actual examination room appeared modern and outfitted with premium equipment though.

Had a appointment on November 9th for a colonoscopy, went to the address there was no cars in the parking lot and the doors were locked. I had no call to change my appointment, not happy. Up date they made it right , paid for my prep, and finally got a colonoscopy, the staff was very nice
