purchased a Preethi mixer grinder about seven months ago, and it has already stopped working. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service has been very disappointing. To get the product serviced under warranty, I was told that I would be responsible for the shipping costs to and from Gandhi Appliances. The shipping charges could end up costing almost as much as the mixer itself, making the warranty practically useless. I ordered a replacement part for my wet grinder but they sent broken one even i dont see the broken piece(1st image) in the package so they sent the broken piece knowingly. After that i reached out to them and they sent smaller size(2nd image)that not even fit for my grinder. Dont trust this shop specially online shopping totally waste of money and time.
