I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Gandhi Appliances. After spending a lot of time researching grinders, I chose to purchase one from them, only to receive a product that doesn’t work properly. They sent a replacement rod in an attempt to fix the issue, but it made no difference. I’m now left with a faulty product that I can’t use. My Preethi steel mixer grinder is exactly one year old and it is not working. First the Jar stopped working . Today the motor itself is not working.
They did exactly what they said they would do quickly and efficiently. I received exactly what I ordered, exactly when they said I would. I called to discuss a sensitive delivery requirement and they solved the problem
