I was frantically trying to get a lid replacement for my Preethi Eco Twin blender so I would not have to discard the device which had served me nicely for almost three years. Gandhi Appliances was the only place that seemed to have the lid, and at a reasonable cost. Anida, the salesperson, at Gandhi, went out of her way to make sure I got the right replacement and shipped it to me via UPS within a day after I contacted them. Thank you! You are the best!! I wanted a replacement part for our 20-year old pressure cooker made in India. I contacted Gandhi’s for the part. Instead of right away shipping the part, they asked additional details and even a picture of the cooker to make sure that they send the correct part. And they did send the correct t part, thus avoiding the aggravation of having to send the wrong part back.
