Kamal is the most unprofessional, rude, and unorganized lady in this medical field. Kamal has no manners to talk over the phone, if you ask or say regarding appointments, she gets upset, yell, argue, and start fighting. She talks with her loud voice, trying to shut the communication, and then she bank phone on me. She has bad manners of front office. She has not understanding of others. Welcoming, remembering, and respectful.
Hella busy office, but the doctor care is great. Dr. Ghandi helps me vocalize hard to describe emotions that I'm struggling with and will do tests before prescribing certain meds. She's not a script and go away kind of doctor.
