The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful and this is especially hard to accomplish when I have a super high anxiety and loud pup. The vet was also super nice and helpful listened to my concerns and came up with a solution to help our issues.
The clinic has given our dog the best care, I would highly recommend them.
No licensed Vet in NL even though was told on phone our Springer would see a vet in person vet and gave the Vets name. Turned out they said he couldn’t practice here in NL! I drove -1.5 hours and there was virtual doctor to look at the sist and schedule surgery. I would never schedule a surgery without out actually seeing a Vet in person. We were lied to and when ask who I spoke to before bringing in our dog no one would know answer. I spoke with and the “manager” told me to “leave and dont come back”. My little pup took extremely ill Tuesday morning around 230am. As soon as gander vet clinic opened Tuesday morning (8am) I was at their door. They were very concerned about my pups situation. Due to the severity of his illness, he was admitted for 2 nights. They work hard for you and your furry friend. They treasure each animal that comes into the building as if they were their own. Super friendly. Delightful to speak with. They address each issues with all the bells and whistles and will do what ever is needed to help your animal. Excellent people.
