Absolutely horrible for responding to warranty claims. Worst company to trust if you have a new camper with a world of problems. We got ours from saukeville location and have hired an attorney. Wow the professionalism is incredibly horrible, quite sickening.
Started off the season on a shaky note with a brand new camper I bought at CW-EC at the end of last season. A/C didn’t work hottest week of the season so far. The manager and Jason (technician) were very understanding and helpful. Jason came out and quickly diagnosed the situation. He went back and found the part and came right back out and fixed the A/C. Very friendly and professional. I was extremely appreciative. Recommend!!!
