Always a pleasant experience !!
After the awful experience I suffered from a Camping World in Texas this place was awesome. Was treated wonderfully. They had to fix what the other place in Texas failed to fix. They went way beyond . Thank you guys for making me feel special.
We purchased a smaller camper from Camping World-Eau Claire and realized it wasn't big enough for us after the 1st weekend. When we called Camping World on Monday to address the issues they were very helpful and accommodating! Salesman Todd and Service Manager Mike went above and beyond to help get us the unit we are pleased with now, even Jimmy( another employee)helped make the transition smoother. We are happy to say we would return there and do business again!
My experience at first was a little rocky, however, Michael set things right and I could not be happier with our camper and the service that was provided! Thank you Camping World!
