Giving this rating to the service group, Sharlyn and Mike. Work was completed in time and most of it was completed without issues. Service had to be repeated and damage to Rv during warranty work.

We have been fully satisfied with the staff, services, our two campers and camping supplies we have purchased at camping world over the years. The staff is always friendly and ready to help anyway they can. The service department and manager have kept us well informed anytime we have had our camper in for a service. We have nothing but good to say about the Eau Claire Camping World.

I chose Camping World Eau Claire for convenience and brand reputation, but unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations. It took multiple calls over several days just to get basic information, and only after escalating to a manager (Mike Potter, who was the only one to get things done and move forward) did any progress begin. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent, and I promised timelines were not met without a proactive follow-up.
