Overall customer service at this location is atrocious. Im not sure this business appreciates their customers. And if you need your camper repaired, Id suggest anyone but this place. They had my trailer for 4 months and about 10k just in labor cost and they returned it to me with missing screws, uncaulked seems, improper wiring and reinstalled water damaged wood which was supposed to be replaced. Not happy at all, bought a new generator on Thursday 4-17-25 did not take it out of box until Friday 4-18-25 and found out the battery will not charge, they inform us when we called on Saturday that they will not exchange or give us our money back, they did not inform us of this when we bought it. This is after we just bought a brand new camper, will not be doing business or recommend any friends or family to do business with this company. Now we have go buy a new generator just to use our camper.
Lots of selection never has anyone bother us while we looked. Not sure if that's good or bad
The entire team at Camping World Augusta was amazing! Caleb & Robert our initial salesmen were great, then there was Mat in finance who was super helpful in getting us the financing we needed. Chris, in RV delivery demo, was extremely knowledgeable. Mike and Dwayne also were very helpful and friendly. Vivian in the retail store was immensely helpful in getting us the necessary supplies for our maiden voyage. Ursula at the service desk also was very helpful.
