We had an appointment to view one particular motorhome. Our assigned salesperson did not seem to be prepared. First couldn't find the unit then after asking someone they took us to one that was completely different than the one we came to see. Once we finally found the correct unit it was barely viewable. Slides were in and no power so the salesperson held a phone light up so we could "see". Totally unprofessional and a waste of our time. Great place great inventory
Just got a brand new camper from them 2 months ago. Only used it three times for weekends. They have had it two separate times now for two weeks because there just keeps being more problems being seen and I absolutely hate the service with the repairs but it’s under warranty and it shouldn’t have these problems if they actually “inspected” it. I really hope everyone does research before purchasing and go to camper land because I wished I should’ve.
My experience has been awful from day one from the camper and from the experience trying to get stuff warranty and fixed. I have had my brand new 2026 for 2 months and it has been to camping world 3 times fixing to go AGAIN and every time it is there they never “call with updates” like they say it sat one time for 2 weeks for them to just to take the pictures for warranty. My review is on Jerry V. ☺️ He is simply the best and the only reason I would ever return to camping world. I hope you hold on to him tight camping world. Jerry is simply one of a kind and a man of his word which you don’t find in this world any longer.
