If you enjoy waiting for your products to be shipped to you past 10 days, this is the company to order from. If you enjoy seeing that you will receive free shipping on products over $99 but they still charge a shipping fee, this is the company for you. Called to speak about my order, only to be put on hold for 20 minutes (eventually hung up). Very well deserved 2.5 rating and probably should be lower. horrible non existent customer service
Bought a Quick Set 6 2 weeks ago. Set it up for the first time a few days later and one of the extendable poles failed and pulled loose from the coupling. Same camping trip it poured and all of the seams on the tent leaked soaking the inside of our tent and everything inside. I called Gander Mountain, who then transferred me to Overtons. It stated on the tent that there is a 1 year manufacturers warranty. I explained the situation and was told that I am S.O.L. because they have filed bankruptcy and that I am out over $100.
