Friendly staff, quality merchandise, fare pricing Twinsburg store seems to be very well stocked.
My experience was wonderful. I was treated kind and fairly. My salesperson took his time with me. I'm a newbie with guns so I had a lot of questions. He was so friendly that it was like talking with an old friend. I will shop there again.
So....I fish. Probably more than average. I have fishing gear, probably above average quality and price. I don't flinch at price or quantity. I bought a Lew's reel (my 5th one) at Gander Mountain last March. On a recent trip, the reel handle broke. I went Gander Mountain's website to verify the return policy. Came here today to buy a gun on sale, the salesman was rude, had a couple questions all he answered was with OKAY very loud, not yes or no, wouldn't look me in the eye, had a lot of trouble with the computer ended up leaving. I like Gander mountain but because I received horrible customer service I will not be back to that location.
I can't believe the incompetence of ALL the cashiers and flat out disregard to the customers at your store! I think you should train your people on how to work the computers before putting them behind the counters!
My tent is leaking! Just bought it 2 weeks ago...1st time using it. Torrential downpour and my air mattresses and pillows are wet
Their gun smithing department destroyed my firearm. They do not stand by their work it products.
