Lied to me about doing a full flush of my transmission. I measured how much fluid they'd used and it was only half that required. I asked them if they did a full flush when I knew they didn't and they said yes, so I had a stern word with them. It's a $200k truck, so they don't care what value your car is.
Highly recommend Gander Automotive for good people and great logbook servicing.
This company took the time to reply to my enquiry about a roadworthy on facebook they gave me valuable information of the process . Very friendly very accommodating professional and lovely to interact with . Lady owner of a car took to Gander Automotive very reasonably priced . Very happy my faith in mechanic’s has been restored.
Very poor service and mechanical assessments!.. they charged for labour told us to monitor the issue knowing well that it would have caused further damage if the pcv valve wasn't replaced due to bad oil readings.
