I had a fantastic experience here! I brought in a bridesmaid dress that needed some alterations, and she offered suggestions on what could be done and we came up with a plan together! I appreciated her expertise and she was always very friendly. Would recommend to all my friends and family for alterations!

Disappointing experience. I initially called yesterday with a few simple questions prior to booking an appointment - she was very unfriendly and dismissive. Despite the poor first impression, I moved forward and requested vacation time at work to make our scheduled appointment. At the very last minute, she canceled because she 'won’t be home'. When I explained that I had already used my PTO to accommodate her availability, her response was a vague 'whenever you want to make another appointment.' Zero accountability. Truly un... read more

I had a bridesmaid dress altered by Ganda, and she was very helpful! She altered the dress exactly how I wanted it, had great prices, and a quick turn-around time. I will definitely be going here for all future alterations!
