We hired Gance’s for my daughter’s Sweet 16, and from start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Loree was incredibly detail-oriented and made herself available anytime we had questions or concerns, which gave us complete peace of mind during the planning process. Everything about Gance’s was amazing from start to finish. Loree was extremely patient and accommodating to not only my, but every guests dietary/allergy needs. We had multiple meetings regarding this and she made sure everything was perfect. The day of, the staff was amazing. So tentative and friendly. We had our nanny up at our Airbnb on property. Let's start with cocktail hour. Pe made meatballs.,stale crackers. Dinner buffet no salad dressing for salad, chicken picata dry to much pepper lack of sauce, ham flat out horrible it was cheap boiled ham heated up, scalloped potatoes flat lack of cheese, penne vodka way over cooked.
We were extremely happy with Gance catering. Great food. They were easy to work with, they were very flexible, and they communicated promptly by phone and email. We were especially happy with Loree who helped us develop a custom menu including a set up option. She kept us up to date on the process and made us feel reassured that all would go well. We had a catered breakfast today at Auchinachie through a vendor of ours. I just wanted to reach out and say that Lorie (sorry if I spelt it wrong) did an amazing job from start to finish!!! Kudos to her for doing it all on her own and definitely adding the woman's touch. Perfectly done, and the food was great also!! Thanks again!!
