I arrived to this firm in early October 2017 requesting guidance and help with my family case. they promised they would help me and told me that my case was a good one to win. they asked me for a retain amount which I willingly paid and they started to work. Horrible service! Taking money for doing nothing. And you have to chase them for answers. Absolutely nothing was done in my case, even more, I was given the wrong advice during paid consultation and up till now I am facing the consequences. It was interpreted later by their lawyer as miscommunication.Constant delays, never on time. I would not write this review if their customer service and attitude to the clients was respectful.
