I have been going to Gananoque Chev for the past 16yrs. I decided to get my Saab serviced from them once I moved to Kingston and the relationship with Gan Chev is amazing!. I take any of my cars to Service manager, Bill Hunt because I have great trust and confidence in the work that gets done. I would buy a vehicle from this dealership any day!! We've owned multiple luxury vehicles and never had such great customer service!! Long story but our car basically died and we could not have ended up at a better dealership!! Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. Recently purchased a preowned 2019 Silverado LTZ from Gan Chev. Nathan in sales was extremely professional, low pressure and was able to find me a great truck for the daily driving pleasures and the performance to tow in the same package. On the drive home after pickup I noted a few minor issues with the truck and passed along the info to Nathan, who got me in touch with Cameron and Scott in the service department.
