This is one of my favorite restaurants in Asheville. Absolutely amazing food and I highly recommend it! Ray and Bell are top notch as well.

Gan Shan West is a well-liked spot with indoor & outdoor seating, & is popular for takeaway. Find some nearby street parking, & order at the counter, where they offer a section of sakes & ciders, as well as some sodas & sparkling water. The indoor atmosphere is minimal & clean, & the outside dining is lovely, with a casual courtyard-style atmosphere & string lights (bus your own tables).
