Wow! I thought I was the only person who experienced this rude behavior from this doctor. I was just there yesterday and assumed she was no longer there. As soon as she walked in the room, I was disgusted. She has no compassion. Shows no real concern. She’s like an empty shell. Every time I go to this location I ask for Dr. Flood. Unfortunately, he wasn’t there yesterday. He is the best.
Her bedside manner is much to be desired. She's a terrible listener and seemed like she was in a rush. I had to assert myself to get my point across and I still felt dismissed. I didn't have the energy to speak my mind and tell her about herself to her face but if I receive her care again at the urgent care I usually attend and she shows me the same lack of care, I'm giving her a piece of my mind. My name is changed on this review for privacy. She needs to be reported.
So rude
Multiple times going to this bitter woman. No bedside manner yells and rude. She told me I have Covid and i told her I’m worried. She said “so what!” lol nasty
The Dr was the rudest, nastiest person. That is not the way you talk to someone. I am sorry I didn't put her in her place. I wasn't feeling good and she said what do you want me to do for you, what do you think I was going to do. I had been to pain management the day before at the urging of fellow coworkers I wasn't feeling well they persuaded me to go to the hospital or a walk in.. I think Dr. Flood is the best.
