This place took advantage of my daughter. She had transmission problems in Richmond. They were very unclear about the price by phone and she thought she had confirmed the repair would cost $350. When she picked up the car she was asked to pay for a $3500 transmission rebuild in a car worth less than $3000. That's clearly something we would never have agreed to. So maybe it's our fault for misunderstanding, but a transmission rebuild on this car costs less than $2500 on average. I have several other quotes. We got ripped off ... read more
