Hired Gammon Lawn Care to clean up thunderstorm Damage July 31 2019 . Gave me a price of $1,200,00 , ( paid Promptly ) to clean up and take away the down trees and the old roof pavilion ( IF ) only if it was not repairable , at my discretion . After the trees were removed , I had the ability to safely inspect the damage caused to the pavilion . It was not salvageable . I purchased a sander from Josh Gammon at Gammon lawn care on Thanksgiving day. After I brought the unit home I discovered that it was totally inoperable due to a seized gearbox. Upon closer inspection it was clear that someone had already attempted to free it up by using a pipe wrench on the top pulley. This was just one of the issues, and the worst.
