I have been a regular here for a few years. This is the oldest flower shop in Canada and a staple of the Byron downtown. The customer service at this place is unparalleled. The woman who runs the store takes the time to know and remember her customers - this is something I have never experienced in another store. Their bouquets are always designed to impress and are priced quite fair.
So this week. My oldest gave me an early bday. 3 beauties Betty (white) Jean (aunty Betty) Rizzo (Betty Grease) Winter mine all died. I thought I saved one and it lasted about another month and then that was it. So my group addicted to gardening, a lady had shown her orchids and I remembered that I would like a new orchid. I’ve been in this shop many times and have been the recipient of flowers from here even more - every time they exceed my expectations. The service is legendary and the flowers and arrangements are always top of the line. My family has been customers for many years. Maureen is just the best. I ordered flowers for my mother’s 97th birthday today and Maureen personally delivered them( close by) and got them into a vase for mom. Customer service doesn’t get any better than this. Thank- you Maureen.
