I also see the doctor that recently moved to this location. She is an AMAZING doctor that I have been seeing for almost 30 years. She raved about the patient service at CND and I was so relieved. I followed my Dr. to this practice. From the beginning it was nothing but a hot mess. I agree with everything the other reviewers have shared who also have followed this amazing doctor. To start they canceled my appointment the day before and advised ME to contact the pharmacy to have the medication authorized since they "were not getting a response". Everyone I interacted with here was professional and kind, in person and on the phone. The doctor had the right level of humor, kindness, and let's get this done attitude to help me through the EMG. I appreciated how he let me know what was going to happen a step or two at a time. And the table for the test was pretty soft and comfortable. Grateful to have been referred to this place!
My Doctor recently relocated to this group. I wish she never did. I knew moving to a bigger group it may cause some issues with my medical treatment so I tried to get ahead of it 6 weeks ago. I was reassured they would have my medication by my appointment date. I even called twice after that to check again told everything will be taken care of.
