I arrived for loading at 11:30 am and I was loaded only at 3:40 pm, the weight in the documents was indicated 4 times less than I was loaded, I found out this in the middle of loading and informed the broker immediately as soon as I received the documents confirming this, despite this, they continued downloading, they found out that the weight in the documents was incorrect and when the download was completed, the broker confirmed that I could go, and I went, but my dispatcher asked to increase the cost since the weight is m... read more
