Scrolling for a different non Rotech affiliated supplier thought I’d add some thoughts. As I reconnect my newly washed CPAP parts I am reminded that it’s now been 7 months since I transitioned to Medicare and BP Gamma still does not have my account working as it should. Hence most of these parts are > 7 months old when I should have been able to receive covered supplies at least 5 months ago.
