Scrolling for a different non Rotech affiliated supplier thought I’d add some thoughts. As I reconnect my newly washed CPAP parts I am reminded that it’s now been 7 months since I transitioned to Medicare and BP Gamma still does not have my account working as it should. Hence most of these parts are > 7 months old when I should have been able to receive covered supplies at least 5 months ago. Horrible Service, absolutely unbelievably incompetent. I stalled my Sleep Apnea treatment for years because this was such a nightmare. There were highlights of quality service, but It took nearly a year of them refusing to send me supplies and asking me to return my machine unprompted for someone to finally tell me why the return order was in place. I could tell most of the people I spoke with wanted to be helpful, but whatever system they have in place just does not allow for that.
I came here after a frustrating couple of weeks trying to adjust to my CPAP and on the brink of giving up. Natalie was extremely helpful over the phone and encouraged me to come in and work with her to find a new mask. It was well worth the long drive. She has a rare combination of knowledge and ability to communicate clearly and concisely - helping me understand why the mask I had previously might not have been working for me, and helping me navigate the overwhelming amount of options to choose from moving forward.
