I recently gave bp gamma a bad review. But the problem I had was my own fault. I wanted to apologize for my mistake. And give them them the 5 stars they deserve.
This company and all of its different names (red flag). Rotech, sleep central, etc is designed to complicate the process of getting a medical devices, rack up an unclear bill, and provide you the lowest quality care at the maximum billable amount allowed by your insurance. Please avoid if possible and if it’s too late for that, be very thorough in your review of the paperwork and processes. Was recently directed to work with Donna Ruffino @ BP Gamma Medical and she is an Absolute Rock Star service agent. Donna quickly and efficiently walked me thru the process of acquiring a new CPAP machine and the Ins. Claims process. With her outstanding help I was able to acquire my brand new resMed11 CPAP machine the next morning. That woman deserves a raise and Lifetime Chic Filet. Keep up the awesome work.
