ZERO attention to detail and HORRIBLE communication skills.. No surprise here..
Had various poor experiences, which were all fueled by lack of attention to detail, high apathy, and low patience for the people who are depending on them. Out of 3 people I encountered, there was only 1 that gave me a good experience. With people's livelihood on the line, one would expect more professionalism, better communication, and a higher level of understanding regarding documentation. This was definitely a thumbs down for me. Make sure your patience is on HIGH for this team. You will NEED it!
They made a law stopping pickem bets the safest betting that was out there. The head of the gaming control board "we are looking out for the safest options" no they want you to go waste all your money on slim shots and shii winning % bets
Erin Jordan and Keisha were extremely helpful. I love this office. i was in and out in less than 5 mins
