I hired Daniel Gamez to help negotiate (5) debts in 09/20. He was paid him up front $1200. He helped negotiate settlement of one debt. He allowed the creditors to continue to harass and serve me even though I had representation. He then allowed creditors to file for summary judgement against me in court by not representing me. Been calling and sending w-mails since late last year and am receiving no responses at all. Attorney will take your money and abandon you. I would not recommend utilizing this attorney or his firm. I paid Daniel to settle a debt and after Daniel had my money he did not do the job he agreed on. He typically was unresponsive when I tried to communicate with him. I am well over a year past the time he originally said the matter would be over. At this point I am fairly certain that he took my money and has no intention to perform the job he agreed to. Do yourself a favor and find a different lawyer.
