Avoid this place! I checked in one hour before my 11:30 AM appointment. They told me, “We will call you shortly.” At 2:00 PM, I called again, and they said, “There is one truck ahead of you, and we will call you.” When I called again at 5:00 PM, they said, “We don’t have space for you. You need to go to a different storage facility or come back tomorrow morning at 6:30 AM.” If I can I will give 0 star
Stay away from this place, all negative reviews are 100% correct. All day waiting for inspection and then 10 miles away delivery. Lost next trip and entire week screwed. Broker GLOBETROTTER will tell you it’s a quick inspection, be there at 7am, LIARS LIARS LIARS

Very unprofessional small places this first and last time here not recommended to any one who respect there time and don't want to waste whole day. still if u wana come here i35south to take exit 1A and turn left to Washington Ave which one 2nd light and then turn left to Marcella Ave .6 miles destination on left park on street and check in office
