Very poor internet speed out of their " fiber optic high speed internet". Get your house in order Gamewood
They charged me $65 for a 10 minute fix!! I have them for alarm service. There was an error message, so a technician came out. He stayed 10 minutes. As he was leaving he said that I needed to sign his work order. I asked him how much it was going to be , but he said that he didn't know . I get a bill for $65 ! They had taken the piece of paper that I had signed , and later written the price on it, giving the appearance that I had signed a statement showing that I owed them $65.
